Wine List

My philosophy when choosing the wines for this list is quite simple; our wine should become an integral part of the meal complimenting the locally based cuisine and to pay homage to the great wine regions of the world while introducing you to new and exciting areas. Like the produce used in the kitchen we look for wines that are true to their origin and reflective of the environment they have been made and hopefully you should find some old friends and make some new ones.

Whilst the list is far from extensive I do hope that you find the selection of varietals to be both interesting and delicious. Our wine is mainly sourced from three wine merchants who are, Bibendum Wines, one of the U.K.'s top wine distributors, Adnam's Wines, a local supplier and Grape Passions, a small independent.

With the kind permission of Willie Lebus (a local resident and director of Bibendum) I have introduced another section titled "Willie's Corner" and in this section there will be a few suggestions from Willie which will be updated quite frequently. In addition to the wines I have sourced some very good single malt to add to our collection of bourbons. My hope is that this list will encourage discussion and provide you with wines that will enhance your dining experience with us.
