Iestyn has taken his act to Iraq four times to entertain our troops out there as they do an amazing job and with fans such as Joanna Lumley you can’t really go wrong.
Please make all booking to The Dolphin stating you wish to join us for this spectacle.

Inter-Estuary Pub Quiz
The Alde and Ore Estuary Partnership has organised a fantastic evening of pub quizzes from Thorpeness to Orford. 15 Pubs are taking part in what is sure to be a hugely popular event. It has all been organised to raise money to help build defences against the wrath of the rivers and sea. We all know that over recent years that many homes and businesses have been affected by flooding so it’s time that we did something about it.
Every pub has their own local celeb to be the MC for the night – We are lucky enough to have former BBC Breakfast TV presenter Bill Turnbull hosting our quiz at The Dolphin.
Booking in advance is a must and must be done so in person at the pub of your choice. Teams of a maximum of 8 people at £5 per person.
Although snacks are provided on the evening we will be offering our Prix Fixe menu, to those who have booked, after the quiz has finished.

Of course Santa will make time for us in his busy schedule again to dish out some presents to the kids. With carol singing from 6pm too there’s plenty to keep you busy.
25th December – Christmas Day
I’m really sorry but our restaurant is already full for Christmas Day and the waiting list was getting long at the end of August. You might have to wait a whole year… take a peek at the menu anyway.
26th December – Boxing Day
We are open for lunch today to help fill that hole that you might have after Christmas. Who actually is hungry on Boxing Day? We eat because it’s Christmas and it’s what we have to do of course!! Maybe just a sloe gin at the bar to warm the cockles after a bracing Boxing Day walk
